The owners are fast creating a wonderful friendly community and we’ve already made plenty of new friends.

The park is quiet and tranquil…..it truly is a different world to the hustle and bustle of every day life.

Staff are more than welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them.

If you’re seeking a break away to recharge the batteries then I’d definitely recommend a stay at Watermill.”

“We just enjoy the peace and quiet we get when visiting our caravan on this park. We are so glad we made the decision to buy on the park as it has plans to develop its facilities without it being a big busy site. All staff are extremely friendly and make you feel like part of the Watermill family. The grounds are well kept. The woodlands and wildlife around the park is just great with fishing for owners at the lake. They have events for owners if you want to get involved and they have lovely pizzas from the pizza oven Friday and Saturdays along with a drink from the bar area. It is just great with plenty of walking. Would recommend this park to anyone if you are looking for a nice relaxing time away from our busy lives.”

We’re uniquely situated to enjoy everything the Lincolnshire countryside has to offer. Spread across 55 acres of land, Watermill Leisure Park features plenty of woodland walks to enjoy.

Beyond our grounds, we have direct access to 200-acres, where you can enjoy deer spotting, dog walking and discovering the health and well-being benefits of the British countryside.

On Park Bar & Entertainment

Our on-park bar offers a variety of events throughout the year. Whilst you’re able to enjoy drinks inside or out all season long, we also provide a number of events throughout the year.

We have been lucky enough to host music, comedy and our own Party in the Paddock summer festival.
